Assumption Testing Questions

The series of events that took place from early July to the date of the arrest August 5th, raise more questions then there are answers for, please read through the details of these questions as they undoubtedly lead to a conclusion of “innocence beyond a reasonable doubt”.

Question # 1

In court filings, Mrs. Flores suggests that Josh was evicted from her property the month before on July 15th…. If that is true, then what was he doing there on the morning of August 5th ?

Theory :

He was not evicted as Mrs. Flores suggests this is false, and should be considered perjury (§ 6-5-301)

Question # 2

If he was in fact evicted the previous month that why is she asking for permission to enter “his” shop on August 2nd, just 3 days before the incident?

Theory :

He was not evicted as Mrs. Flores suggests this is false.

Question # 3

Why did it take almost 6 hours for Mrs. Flores to call the police after the “violent” encounter with Josh?

Theory :

Something had to be taking place in that time...but what (more on that coming) ?

Question # 4

Why is that after the almost 6 hours it was not Mrs. Flores who called the police but her friend Amber Rae ?

Theory :

Is there something that Mrs Flores was doing that she could not call the police herself ?

Question # 5

When Mrs Amber Rae called the police to inform them of the altercation, was she there to actually witness it ?

Theory :

No - Mrs Amber Rae was not at the location at the time of the incident.

Question # 6

In court filings, Mrs. Flores suggests that Josh owed her money, and this debt was the reason for the “eviction” in July, if this is true, then why is it that on Aug 3rd (just 2 days before the incident) Mrs Flores is offering Josh money ?

Theory :

There was no outstanding debt that he owed her, this written testimony is false and should be considered perjury (§ 6-5-301)

Question # 7

Why was Mrs Driving Josh's Chrysler 300 around town on August 4th, the day of the incident?

Theory :

Josh, being a good tenant and more importantly a good friend, and had let her borrow the car to run errands, and get lunch from Dairy Queen.

Question # 8

Upon arriving at his shop on Wednesday Aug 5th to collect tools and some equipment for Mr. Brewer, Josh had discovered that he had been robbed of all his work tools, company paper work, and other personal affects that he was storing at the unit being rented from Mrs. Flores. He walked over to her residence (a house on the property), and entered her residence without any difficulty as her door was unlocked and open. If he was on such friendly terms with Mrs. Flores, evidenced by her driving his vehicle the day before, how is that him entering her residence is breaking and entering ?

Theory :

This accusation is false !, In days prior to the Aug 5th incident Josh allowed Mrs Flores to freely enter his shop, and she had freely welcomed him into her house for food and drinks, so what changed, why was he no longer allowed in ?

Question # 9

At their initial meeting Mrs. Carina Ostberg, had suggested to Josh that he allow her to “waive” the speedy preliminary hearing in order to collect more evidence and be “better prepaired” to aruge his case in front of the judge for the first time. With Josh deferring to her judgement and authority, his preliminary hearing was scheduled 69 days out on Oct 14th. From the start of the hearing Mrs. Ostberg was provided with all of the text messaging conversations between Mrs. Flores and Josh. This material was handed over to an investigator from the public defenders office to be provided to Mrs. Ostberg for review prior to the hearing, but at the conclusion of the hearing, Mrs. Ostberg had admitted to a friend of Josh, and Mr Brewer (key witness) that she had not had time to review the material, some 69 days later. Why ?

Theory :

???

Question # 10

Mrs. Flores was able to produce to authorities a video of Josh throwing the chair, albeit without any sound, even so her properties DVR system does support audio, why was the audio missing ?

Theory :

In the “altercation” between Josh and Mrs Flores, there was a dialogue between the two of them that was damaging to her story.

Question # 11

On the morning of Aug 5th, the day of the “altercation”, Joshua Brewer, friend of Josh was with him at the “shop”, where Josh was actively renting, also the residence of Mrs Flores. Upon leaving the property, and heading back to Mr Brewer's residence where the authories would question them later, Mr. Brewer was asked several questions by the arresting officer, but no formal statement has been produced by law enforcement of this interaction, why not ?

Theory :

A written testimony by Mr Brewer would have defeated Mrs. Flores' claim that Josh was evicted, and it would be written proof to the Felony Grand Larceny (§ 6-3-402), Felony Blackmail (§ 6-3-402) , and Felony Extortion (§ 6-3-402) being committed by Mrs Flores

Question # 12

At Mr Brewers residence the text messaging dialogue between Mrs Flores and Josh had continued, and after the statement made by Mrs Flores at her residence it was clear that she had either perpetrated the theft or helped to facilitate it - Accessory Before the Fact, Felony Grand Larceny (§ 6-1-201), it was in this converstaion that at exactly 10:26 AM, Mrs Flores stated “Fair trade Josh, U give me my money, I give u ur tools”, in what appears to be the text book definition of the violation of Felony Grand Larceny (§ 6-3-402), Felony Blackmail (§ 6-3-402), and Felony Extortion (§ 6-3-402) being committed by Mrs Flores.

This evidence has been provided to the Sheriffs office, Josh's attorney Carina Ostberg, and the public defenders office of Campbell county as of October 5th 2026, but the Campbell County Sheriffs Office has yet to press any charges against Mrs. Flores.

Why ?

Theory :

Question # 13

Josh was taken into custody on August 5th at Mr Brewers residence where Sheriffs Deputies claimed have enough probable cause to make the arrest, but at the time of the arrest, he was not searched and he was not mirandized, a violation of his 5th Amendment rights as noted by, Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966)

Theory :

Officers rushed to get him out of the area so he did not have enough time to ascertain the other details of what was going on that day.

Question # 14

The day after the arrest, Aug 6th, Mrs. Clarice Stolp, wife of Sheriffs Deputy Stolp posted on the Basin Radio Network that “...And from what I heard also being investigated for a death...”, where is she getting this info from, her officer husband ?

Theory :

Mrs. Stolp was a prior girlfriend of Josh going back 15 years ago, and she has been very bitter since their separation, and has made various attempts to interfere with Josh's personal relationships and his business dealings.

Question # 15

On June 16th 2026, 9:23 AM, Mrs Clarice Stolp, had reached out to Paige Thomsen, daughter of Josh, to voice a similar accusation, this is not only odd but very inappropriate considering the role her husband has in the community.

Theory :

In the messages to Paige, she simultaneously slanders her father and then offers to provide some sort of assistance, this is not only suspecious, but inauthentic, insincere, and phony, but the timing of this seems most troubling.

Question # 16

On the day of the arrest, Aug 5th, was Officer Stolp dispatched to the call for backup by officer Sanders in arresting Josh, and if so, did he have any hand in potentially stacking charges onto Josh as retrobution for a failed relationship with Mrs Stolp and Josh in years past ?

Theory :

Until we have the evidence of who was dispatched to arrest we will not know if Officer Stolp was on the scene, and without any possible body cam footage we may not know what influence he had on the outcome of the arrest.

Question # 17

Upon discovering some of the stolen property taken from Josh's rented space, Officer Shirly of the Campbell County Sherrifs office informed Josh at the jail facility that in discussion with Mrs Flores to get video evidence of the day of the theft, Mrs Flores had (a), noted that the wire to the security camera pointing towards the shop had been cut, and (b) the DVR had no longer become useable ?

Theory :

Are we to belive that the DVR suffered catastrophic failure after the authorities started to look deeper into the theft of Josh's property ?

Question # 18

With the DVR mysteriously “inoperable”, have the authorities seized it ? Have they attempted to recover any material from the hard drive on the unit ?

Theory :

In realizing that her and her accomplices, would have been caught on her own camera system Mrs Flores first attempted to hinder any investigation into the theft, by cutting the cable, - Felony, Hindering Government Operations (§ 6-5-202), and then made the DVR unuseable, - Felony, Destruction of Evidence (§ 6-5-201).

Question # 19

When are the Campbell County authories going to arrest Mrs Clarissa Flores for her crimes relating to the theft of Josh's property and destruction of evidence ?

Theory :

Sheriff's Deputy Officer Shirly has expressed that they are aware of Mrs. Flores other activites out of that property, but as of yet she has not faced any consequences, is she being protected by local authorities for some reason ?

Question # 20

On August 27th 2025, Mrs. Flores was arraigned in Campbell County District Court for, Possession of a Controlled Substance, crystal meth.

Theory :

Was she ever convicted ?... or did she become a “confidential informant” for the Campbell County Sheriffs office ?
