Free Josh Thomsen

Our goal with this website is to bring awareness to case against Josh Thomsen and to let the public know that in the midst of starting his own business to regain the prominence of his family's name here in Gillette in the energy industry, he was robbed of everything he owns.

His tools, corporate documents, family memorabilia, his fathers ashes, his daughters baby photos, titles to his personal and work vehicles, some $50,000 of welding and fabrication tooling and equipment stolen from him by an individual he trusted.

And in this terrible moment in time, he rightfully got upset, he yelled, he threw a chair, but he did not hurt anyone, knowning full well that he is capable of causing great harm, he walked away. He choose to leave the situation defeated, contemplating what he will do next, to put a list together of items that were stole to call the authorities he was then arrested without the consideration that he was the first victim of the day.

This website will continue to provide more information in regards to Josh's case but we ask the community at large to please consider that the news media does not always report the facts accurately as they do not always get all the information on a case. We are here to tell the other side, and to speak on Josh's behalf until he is free.
